Faridkot to Deliver the Message of ‘Long Live Love’ on Eid;

Faridkot (Alexander D’Souza): Upholding the centuries-old shared traditions of Faridkot-the land blessed by the holy footsteps of Baba Farid Ji-this year’s Eid festival is being dedicated to ‘mutual brotherhood and global peace.’ The Muslim Welfare Society has extended a special invitation to the city’s residents to join in delivering a message of love and humanity on this auspicious occasion.
Main Objective of the Event:
Dilawar Hussain, President of the Muslim Welfare Society, stated that at a time when fierce fratricidal conflicts are raging in many parts of the world, it is imperative to offer prayers for the well-being of humanity. He noted that the land of Faridkot has always stood as a testament to love; consequently, during this year’s Eid prayers, special supplications will be offered specifically for the restoration of peace and brotherhood across the globe.
