Faridkot (Alexander D’Souza): Baba Farid Law College, Faridkot, has added another major achievement to its name. Maninder Singh, an Assistant Professor at the college, has brought honor to the institution by successfully completing his Pre-Commission Training Course at the NCC (National Cadet Corps) Officers Training Academy.
Rank-Fixing Ceremony Organized:
To mark this success, a dignified ‘Piping Ceremony’ was organized at the 13 Punjab Battalion NCC, Ferozepur.
During the event:
Conferring of Rank: Commanding Officer Colonel C.S. Sharma conferred the rank of ‘Lieutenant’ upon Maninder Singh by pinning the stars on his shoulders.
Family Participation: During this emotional and pride-filled moment, his wife, Mrs. Ravinder Kaur, stood by his side and participated in the rank-fixing ritual.
Distinguished Presence: S.M. Narinder Singh was specially present on this occasion.
