Lord Buddha Trust Honors Promising Girls: Dhosiwal

-Brought Laurels to the District in Middle School Examinations—
Faridkot, April 17 (Alexander D’Souza): The LBCT (Lord Buddha Charitable Trust) organized a modest yet splendid ceremony at the office of the local District Education Officer to honor promising girls who performed exceptionally well in their middle school examinations. This event was jointly organized by the Trust’s Founder Chairman, Jagdish Rai Dhosiwal, and District Chairman (and President’s Awardee) Prince Krishna Lal. The function was attended by prominent leaders, including Chief Patron Hiravati, Shri Krishna R.A., DPS Bhola, Harpal Singh, Narinder Kaka, Manju Sukhija, and Kavita Sharma, among others.
Gracing the occasion were District Education Officer Anjana Kaushal—known as a kind-hearted, impartial, and upright officer—along with Deputy District Education Officer Pawan Kumar, District Guidance Counselor and multi-award-winning stage conductor Jasbir Jassi, Principal Deepak Singh, and Headmaster Ravinder Singh, who were present with great honor. Additionally, Principal Kusum Kalra, Pooja Rani, Harpreet Singh, Sukhdeep Singh, Sandeep Thakur, Naresh Goyal, Baljit Kaur, Ranjit Kaur, and Sunita Rani were also present at the event.
Speaking on the occasion, the Trust’s District Chairman, Principal Krishna Lal, introduced the Trust’s leaders and provided a brief overview of the social service activities currently being undertaken by the organization. During the ceremony, Madam Kaushal personally presented commemorative medals to Tamanna (600/600) of Saraswati Senior Secondary School—who secured the first position across Punjab among middle school students—and to Jashandeep Kaur (598/600) of Sant Mohan Das Memorial Senior Secondary School, Kot Sukhia, who secured the third position. Similarly, Manpreet Kaur (SSSS Panj Grai) and Muskan Deep Kaur (SHS Dhimawali), who also secured merit positions, were presented with splendid mementos. After presenting the medals, the DEO extended her congratulations to all these bright students—who have brought laurels to the field of education—as well as to the school principals, staff, and their parents. She expressed her gratitude to Mr. Dhosiwal and the entire district unit of the Trust for honoring these talented students and boosting their morale. At the conclusion of the ceremony, the Trust’s Founder, Mr. Dhosiwal, stated that the credit for the remarkable success of these talented students goes to the able leadership of DEO Ms. Kaushal, as well as to the heads of the respective schools and their hardworking staff—all of whom deserve to be congratulated. He wished these talented students a long life, good health, and every happiness.
