‘AAP’ leader Arsh Sachar’s major statement: “Mann government’s historic decisions will unprecedentedly strengthen religious faith and mutual brotherhood”

Faridkot (Alexander D’Souza): Senior Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Arsh Sachar has wholeheartedly welcomed the announcements of religious, cultural, and spiritual significance made for the people of Punjab by Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Singh Mann, party National Convener Arvind Kejriwal, and Manish Sisodia during the “Ek Shaam Bhagwan Shiv Ke Naam” (An Evening Dedicated to Lord Shiva) event held in Amritsar.
Arsh Sachar stated that these announcements would further strengthen Punjab’s rich religious heritage, cultural identity, and the spirit of respect for all religions. He emphasized that Punjab has always been a sacred land of Gurus, saints, and mutual brotherhood. These far-reaching initiatives by the government will further promote the message of unity, spirituality, and equality in society.
Five major and historic announcements by the Mann government:
Appreciating the steps taken by the government, Arsh Sachar highlighted the key announcements:
‘Shiv Naam’ to resonate across 22 cities: Grand devotional events like “Ek Shaam Bhagwan Shiv Ke Naam” will be organized in all 22 cities of Punjab to take the devotion to Lord Shiva and the spiritual message to the masses.
Rejuvenation of Kali Mata Temple: The historic Shri Kali Mata Temple in Patiala will undergo renovation and beautification at a cost of approximately ₹80 crore, providing world-class facilities to the lakhs of devotees visiting from across the country and abroad.
Expansion of the Chief Minister’s Pilgrimage Scheme (Mukhyamantri Tirath Yatra Yojana):
Under this popular scheme, famous religious sites such as Shri Salasar Balaji Dham (Rajasthan), Khatu Shyam Ji Temple (Rajasthan), Haridwar-Rishikesh (Uttarakhand), and Mathura-Vrindavan (Uttar Pradesh) have now been included for devotees. Staging of the play ‘Hamare Ram’: Starting August 1st, the play “Hamare Ram” will be staged on a grand scale across Punjab to convey the message of Lord Shri Ram’s life, ideals, morality, and truth to the new generation.
Grand Luv-Kush Temple to be built in Amritsar:
A grand and historic temple dedicated to Lord Shri Ram’s sons, Luv and Kush, and Mother Janaki (Sita Ji) will be constructed on the sacred soil of Amritsar; it will serve as a major center of faith and history for future generations.

Arsh Sachchar stated that the true spirit of Punjab lies in mutual love, brotherhood, and harmony. We must strengthen this further and spread a message of unity within society.
Concluding the press note, the ‘AAP’ leader prayed to Lord Bholenath to continue bestowing His grace upon Punjab and to grant happiness, peace, and prosperity to every family.
