Monthly Meeting of the Medical Practitioners Association; Registration Issue Expected to be Resolved Soon, 

-ID Cards and Certificates Distributed to New Members; Condolences Expressed on the Demise of Dr. Mittu Mohammad’s Daughter-in-Law…
Faridkot (Alexander D’Souza): The monthly meeting of the Medical Practitioners Association (Registration No. 295), Punjab-Faridkot Block—was held at the local Rest House under the chairmanship of Block President Dr. Amritpal Singh Tehna. District President Dr. Rashpal Singh Sandhu and several senior leaders were notably present at this meeting.
Tributes and Condolences:
At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Kulwant Singh Chahal welcomed all the attendees. Meanwhile, deep sorrow was expressed over the sudden demise of Nazia Parveen, the daughter-in-law of the Association’s Punjab Media In-charge, Dr. Mittu Mohammad. All members observed a two-minute silence to pay tribute to the departed soul and prayed for the family to be granted the strength to bear this loss.
Call for Ethical Practice:
Addressing the members, Block President Dr. Amritpal Singh Tehna appealed to them to practice within society with complete honesty and integrity. He assured them that should any member encounter difficulties while performing their duties, the organization’s executive team would always be ready to offer assistance. At the conclusion of the meeting, identity cards and certificates were also distributed to the newly inducted members.
The Issue of Registration with the Government:
District President Dr. Rashpal Singh Sandhu informed the members that the Association remains in constant contact with the Health Department. He stated that the long-pending issue regarding the registration of medical practitioners is currently under the government’s consideration, and it is hoped that an appropriate decision regarding this matter will be taken soon. He further asserted that any form of unwarranted harassment directed at any member would not be tolerated. Present on this occasion were:
Dr. Prem Dhudi (District Cashier), Dr. Vijay Kumar Kamiana, Dr. Gurtej Singh Dana Romana, Dr. Naresh Kumar Bhana, Dr. Jagdish Dua, Dr. Sevak Singh Brar (Senior Vice President), Dr. Gurmeet Singh Dhudi (Block Cashier), Dr. Khushwant Singh Sukkhanwala, Dr. Mandar Singh Pakka, Dr. Sandeep Sukhanawala, Dr. Jarnail Singh Chandbaj, Dr. Dharam Parwana Kila Nau, Dr. Baldev Singh, and Dr. Kashmir Singh, along with a large number of fellow doctors.
