Rahul Chaba Assumes Charge as Deputy Commissioner of Faridkot

IAS officer Mr. Rahul Chaba officially assumed charge today as the Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Faridkot. Immediately after taking office, he held an introductory meeting with senior officials of the district administration to review ongoing development works and government schemes within the district.
Administrative Priorities:
While interacting with journalists, Mr. Rahul Chaba outlined his approach to work and his vision.
His key points were as follows:
Transparency: Delivering the Punjab government’s pro-people policies to the general public without any delay and with complete transparency.
Teamwork: The entire administration will work with a spirit of teamwork to ensure the holistic development of the district.
Time-bound Resolution: The redressal of grievances raised by the common people will be ensured within a stipulated timeframe.
Right to Service: Government services will be made accessible to citizens through the effective implementation of the ‘Right to Service’ Act.
“I consider myself fortunate to have received the opportunity to serve on this sacred land of Baba Farid Ji. I will work with unwavering dedication, day and night, to live up to the expectations of both the government and the public,” stated Rahul Chaba, DC Faridkot.
Welcomed with a Guard of Honour:
Upon his arrival in Faridkot, the new Deputy Commissioner was honored with a ‘Guard of Honour’ presented by a contingent of the district police. It is noteworthy that Mr. Rahul Chaba is an experienced administrative officer who has previously served in several significant capacities, including as the Deputy Commissioner of Sangrur.
