Chandigarh (Alexander D’Souza): With the objective of safeguarding the interests of the Masih community and strengthening brotherhood within society, a significant and memorable meeting was held today at the office of the Chairman of the Punjab Minorities Commission, Mr. Jatinder Masih Gaurav. Senior members of the CNI Church, Sector-18, participated specifically in this meeting.

During this meeting, the challenges currently confronting the Masih community were discussed in detail. Particular concern was expressed regarding anti-social forces attempting to disrupt the peace and harmony of the community.
Consensus was reached on the following points during the meeting:
Struggle Against Anti-Social Forces: Strategies were deliberated upon to launch a united front against forces seeking to divide the community.
Resolution for Unity and Integrity: A collective pledge was taken to make every effort to uphold the unity and integrity of the Masih community in Punjab under all circumstances.
Protection of Rights: Emphasis was placed on raising awareness within the community regarding minority rights and on amplifying their voice at the government level.
